Community Clinic at Walgreens - Indianapolis Keystone

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) overall lacked professionalism, integrity and I questioned her ability to practice. My daughter and I were informed that she was 4’8 in height. I knew that wasn’t accurate because I’m 5’0 and my daughter is taller than me. I conveyed this information to the NP and she tried two more times. I gather she was guessing because she couldn’t interpret the number. Next we were told my daughter was 5’4, and lastly 5’1½” after looking at her because I knew my daughter wasn’t 5’4 either she measured her again. I left not sure of her accurate height. I was taken back that she did not know how to interpret the measurements. She genuinely struggled with this, and it made me question her abilities be it such a basic task. Renada was great! The whole experience was very good. The providers were on time, professional, listened to me- and helped me out with a quick diagnosis and prescription. It was filled quickly at Walgreens. I have already shared my positive experience with two other people. I know they will most likely go to this Walgreens clinic next time they are sick- just because I shared my positive experience with them. No one wants to get sick- but when you do- this Clinic is a great option! Also it was very clean! That's important too.

NP Beck was excellent! He was very professional and friendly. He spoke directly to my child and included me. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to the two of us and made sure we understood. We could not have asked for a better provider!!

I truly enjoyed the thoughtful care I received from Nurse Practitioner Walton. She was kind, thorough, & patient while assessing my needs for treatment. I am grateful to my Savior Jesus Christ, for rendering His help through NP Walton.

Manisha was very kind and not only does she have above knowledge about health conditions and healthcare, she knows how to give her all to her patients. She spent a considerable abundance of time with me sharing her knowledge about my illnesses and also gave me some really great new advice and tips on how to deal with them. She was easy to talk with and went above and beyond to provide top notch care of me. I hope she is working at the clinic in the future when I need to be seen for medical aide. There wouldn’t be enough space here to go on and on about all of the positive things I have to say about her.
