Community Clinic at Walgreens - Indianapolis 86th & Michigan

I recently visited this Walgreens branch, and I was truly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. My husband was in pain and needed a quick solution for his toothache. The staff went above and beyond to help us choose the right over-the-counter medication. Their support made a big difference, and we are so grateful for their patience and genuine care. We ended up purchasing a toothache-relief gel, and the recommendation was exactly what he needed. The store was clean, well-organized, and everything was easy to find. It’s a relief to know there’s a reliable pharmacy nearby when you need quick and helpful service. Thank you for making our visit smooth and stress-free!

They were very helpful and listened to my concerns. They pointed me in the right direction considering my condition. I’m glad I was able to speak up and they could discover something more serious. They took the best course of action and really felt like they cared because I was really going through a rough time

Haley was very sweet and gentle with my child. We had a very pleasant interaction and it is important to me that my daughter's medical interactions are positive so that she doesn't develop a fear of going to the doctor. My daughter enjoyed her visit and that is extremely important to me.

Very poor care. I brought my daughter in on February 9, 2025 after she had had a fever for 3 days and constant ear pain. The nurse practitioner gave her an exam and they said she didn't have an ear infection and that we needed to continue with rotating the pain medications. The next day we got into her pediatrician and the doctor could easily diagnose the ear infection AND scheduled a chest X-ray that showed she also has bacterial pneumonia. This Walgreens community clinic provided no care at all. The worst care we've ever received

After signing in at the kiosk we had a very short wait before we were called back into a room. Sarah the NP that we saw was very welcoming and made you feel at ease. She not only listened to myself, but also listened to my teenage son. Thankfully we had good news from our visit in regards to his illness. I would use this service again.
