My care team Chris and Heather were AWESOME and kind when they prepared my medication order. I highly recommend anyone in need of medication support to visit CommonShare pharmacy and be kind to pay it forward 🤗 Hey hey, my new wonderful care team is Andrea and Stephanie along with the rest of their team has been a great big blessing to me. They make sure I get all of my prescriptions on time and they reach out to my doctor's office for the renewal of the ones that ran out. I love my care team ❤️❤️🥰

Super nice folks - I think besides the two who were working, we two were the only ones here getting shots. Very professional. Would vax here again no question. Update: moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy, and they are very patient and flexible. Small hiccup with the website and NimbleRX delivery area but it was easily resolved by email. Can quickly place orders online as well as check out online and pick up in the parking lot or in the pharmacy, and they will package refrigerated prescriptions with an ice pack in a thermal shipping container even for pick up. 🥰 They also text which is fabulous and have an app as well. 💙💙💙

I had an awesome experience at Commonshare! Been using them for over 6 months for mail order prescriptions and they are fantastic. When my docs office didn’t renew the prescription they rushed the order to me! I love that I get a person on the phone and not just another big box store! Thank you!!

This is the best pharmacy in Richmond, hands down. No question. The second best one is their other location which is in Northside. Kind, compassionate, wonderful people run this organization.
