Customer service. That’s all you need to know. I will not bash the Dr because I never even got a chance to see her. I was rescheduled twice, billed incorrectly, then the front desk lady is extremely rude and disrespectful to the people who come in to get the care they PAID for. I showed up early, paid my copay and all I hear is “Roland not even on the schedule”. “I hope they don’t think I’m about to do it” if you do not like your job simply go someplace else. She sat there talking bad about the dentist. I finally just asked for my copay back and advised I would go somewhere else. I work in customer service and I understand that sometimes you get frustrated at work but she was simply rude and then attempted to argue with me after I told her I was leaving. I hope you all will have a better

Love my dentist! Dr. Nelson and her staff are very attentive and makes their practice feel like you're a part of the family. They have done an amazing job with my dental care and have improved my dental health since I started coming here several years ago. They immediately identified issues that my old dentist (Dental TLC) was simply looking past and doing customary cleanings. Thank you guys for the incredible service and amazing work!!! Best Dental Experience at Comfort Dental Studio! I recently visited Comfort Dental Studio, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff made me feel completely comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Even though I didn’t have a procedure done, the level of care and attention to detail stood out. The team took the time to ensure I felt at ease, answered all my questions, and made the entire visit enjoyable. It’s rare to say you actually enjoy a trip to the dentist, but Comfort Dental Studio truly lives up to its name. I see why this office get 1 star ratings. It starts & ends with customer service. I never even made it to the office and immediately they pushed me away. After trying to get on the roster they wouldn't accept a fax from my insurance company after I was assigned to there dental office. But they were quick to say I'll take your money if I choose too. Everything what was said was a lie, I immediately called the next dental office and they got me in using my insurance fax chart. I do NOT recommend this office. Rude & Disrespectful PERIOD....

Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this office. They will send you a huge bill for routine cleaning. They will find ways to deceive you. I have not seen any dental office so deceptive as this. Definitely will not be going back.
