Com-Fit Shoes

Why would anyone drive to Com-Fit Shoes from New York City to buy shoes? Well, both my wife and I have shoe issues or maybe feet issues that make it difficult to buy comfortable shoes in New York City! As a result after attempting to find comfortable fitting shoes in sizes 11 & 12, we returned to our favorite shoe store in Westchester and with Andy’s assistance, we were able to buy a great selection of shoes for work, recreation and travel. Between us and with Andy’s help, we must have tried on over twenty pairs of shoes! Andy was incredibly helpful and treated us as if we were the only customers in his store! And after we purchased at least 5 pairs of shoes, we were impressed by how reasonable they cost! If you are lucky to live in or near their Scarsdale store, you won’t have so far to

EXCELLENT SHOP FOR SENIORS. It's rare to find a salesperson as kind and knowledgeable as Andy. I brought my 81-year-old Mother to Com-Fit Shoes to buy a pair of sneakers. Andy was friendly, helpful, patient and wonderful. He helped her get different shoes on, he explained what kind of support each sneaker offered and what to look for in toe-room. It was such a pleasant visit. As soon as we came in we were met with a warm greeting and Andy gathered up a few shoes based on what my Mother said she was looking for. Not only do her new shoes provide the right support, but the sales team was friendly and helpful in a way that older people really seem to appreciate/enjoy. Will definitely go back.

Wonderful people and customer service but they sold me a pair of inserts for $30 - upon arriving home, I had searched online for the exact same product and found they are sold for only $8. A 275% upcharge is both ridiculous and predatory - I understand that brick and mortar stores need to upcharge in order to survive but this seems extremely excessive. Unfortunately, I will no longer be giving Com-Fit Shoes my business due to the fact that they do not offer returns or full refunds (only store credit) Buyer beware!

Com-Fit shoes has become my go to place for top quality sneakers. Very nice group of people. Their service is outstanding. They are professionals who take the time to measure & fit your feet properly. I came to them in pain & left being able to walk in comfort.

Everyone on their staff can help challenged feet and are well versed in pedorthics. They carry styles that are current, chic and comfy.
