Sent an order to them that CVS couldn’t fill for 2 weeks. They not only filled it the SAME DAY, but they delivered it to my DOORSTEP 2.5 HOURS after I paid the $30 copay, for no additional charge. This is, as far as I’m concerned, the best Pharmacy in NYC. These people save lives, I’m 100% sure of it. Wishing you many blessings.

Had a pretty deplorable experience with a representative today. It was like pulling teeth to get basic assistance for a compound I was seeking shipped. It was very apparent that the man I was speaking to could care less to help me but was more so forced to. I have ordered through the apothecary group before and typically it’s a smooth process. I’m not a customer of this location and will more than likely never be after the poor experience I had. If you are looking for guidance please don’t call this location. Shortly after this I called the apothecary at the third Ave location and had a completely stellar experience and received the proper service a customer should receive. This pharmacy provides some of the best service fast and efficient!! The fact that they even offered delivery at no additional charge with no limitations or maximum mile radius BS They are very knowledgeable The establishment is also very clean and they have a variety of other organic and well established products.

Fast and simple! My dermatologist sent my prescriptions here, I got a text from the Apothecary right after I left the clinic, and they were able to detail the copay amounts for each prescription via text. Once I confirmed the details, my prescriptions were delivered to me (in Manhattan) on the SAME day. I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve been very impressed with the efficient and easy process.

It's a great shop, and the service is on point. But calling it an Apothecary is a bit misleading. They don't prepare any medicines as a traditional Apothecary would, instead they just fill prescriptions and resell products. Its a cute pharmacy shop, but it's not a real Apothecary. Visit Bigelow in Village (although, it's also headed towards the modern Pharmaceutical Pushing mandate) or head to one of the many great herbalists in Chinatown if you want to experience a real Apothecary experience. We need more places where licensed herbalists & acupuncturists man the counters and create tinctures and provide you with herbs catered to your ailment. Not these pharmaceuticals which wreak havoc on our health and society.
