This was my 6 month followup cleaning and second time at this location 1244 Amsterdam Ave made with Dr.Evelia Vilches, but my first visit was with Dr. Lee. I found it odd that no X-rays were done before the cleaning, so I inquired about that and the female dental hygenist who never introduced herself by name told me that the protocol for Colombia Dentistry is to take them only once a year. After the cleaning she informed me that my previous visit was with Dr. Lee and if I would like to make a follow-up with her, or I could speak with Dr. Vilches to review her cleaning, I chose the latter and was seen by a male Dr. Vilches, after his review,he then advised me to speak to the head Dr. Amir in front if I had further questions regarding the X-rays. This rating is for my dental hygienist - Evelia Vilches. She’s been my dental hygienist for at least 12+ years (maybe even more but I lost track). She does such an excellent job every time and is such a caring person. Highly recommended!

Dr. Wells was personable and attentive during my dental emergency, which required prompt intervention. He quickly referred me to an endodontist who was able to see me and address the issue the same day. The receptionists at the front desk were also kind and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth. As a first-time patient, I was very impressed with his level of care and professionalism. I will definitely continue my dental care at his clinic.

My experience with Evelia was awesome. I have not had a cleaning in such depth in a long time. She did not rush her work and took her time. She also informed me on each step what she was doing. Asked me repeatedly if I was okay if anything hurt etc. I can tell she really loves her job and loves what she is doing. She gave me great tips on improving more of my dental hygiene and showed me how to clean and maintain certain areas clean. I left her chair feeling great and I can’t wait to go back to her in 6 months. If you need a great provider she is the one.

Throughout my experience, Dr. Wells has provided consistent excellent care. He takes the time to explain the process- past, current and future to help decrease my anxiety and increase my comfort and courage to go back.
