I had my first visit with Dr Burgy. She addressed several concerns that I had. She was so personable and knowledgeable. She took her time and didn’t rush. I also had Tara, her assistant was so caring and kind. I just loved their team and have already recommended them to a friend and my daughter. Also, my wait time was only a few minutes even though they were very busy!

I definitely would not recommend NP Cody Camble, especially if you are a person with a disability or elderly! Dropping a patient specifically due to lateness caused by a disability—after the patient requested a reasonable accommodation and maintained communication—may constitute disability discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Furthermore, Intentional Discrimination: Terminating a patient for a disability-related issue, especially when they have not "no-showed" and have kept in contact, can be viewed as an adverse action based on the disability. Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Rights and Potential Violations Under the ADA, medical offices are "public accommodations" and are prohibited from discriminating against individuals with disabilities

NP Cody Campbell is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money. Her communication skills are non-existent, no bedside manner, acts miserable and rushes you in and out. I am shocked she is employed anywhere. I called the office afterwards and told them and I hope that’s what others do. I still cannot believe her behavior. She needs to find a profession where she doesn’t have to interact with people.

New patient, was able to fill out the paperwork ahead of time by downloading the paperwork from the website.Also used their app to do the check in. Arrived for my appointment and was called to the back for my appointment shortly afterwards. The assistant was nice and Coty the CFNP asked me questions and explained what was being done for this appointment. They answered any questions I had. Once everything was completed the assistant explained to me the aftercare and my prescriptions. She also send the prescriptions to Columbia pharmacy so they could be delivered. All in all a very pleasant first time visit with them.

Everyone at Columbia Dermatology was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable as I went through my treatment. From reception to Doctor’s evaluation, and treatment by the technologist. I did ask why I received so many reminders for my visit. I now know why. 10 people did not show up the day I was there without notification. This is disappointing given the great people who work at Columbia Dermatology. Thanks and Happy New Year.
