My son just had open heart surgery I couldn’t say anything bad The entire process was great How they treated our son how they interacted with him Not one nurse was unprofessional They were all sweet, kind , soft spoken, and caring, When surgery was over and he was in ICU His nurse was exceptional, she was amazing. When we were moved out of icu the nurses in the 6th floor were also amazing. Discharge was fast and easy Nothing bad to say about our experience

Extremely disappointed. Waited for weeks to have a heart procedure done to our baby. Finally, on the scheduled day as we were on the way to the hsptl we got a call saying our appt is “cancelled”-just like that. We were given introductions a day before to have our 11month old baby fast post midnight with only clear liquids (which unfortunately she never takes as she is full breastfeeding), not to take heart medication in preparation for the procedure, and pack to prepare to stay overnight. Everything we did, as well as plan ahead for our toddler and my husband already applied for 2days off way ahead as well and just a phone call to say “we have a problem, don’t come”. Not the first time we got disappointed with this hsptl though. We had to make 3 personal visits in Social Security office

Great place, staff are so nice, shout out to super amazing staff on the 6th floor, all of them are so nice and caring and to the most caring staff on the fifth floor. Special shout out to Brook from the fifth floor, she is awesome

I made an appoitment 6 weeks in advance, on the day of the appointment i was asked to come an hour early due to a cancelled, appointment when i arrived i was rushed into the waiting room b4 filling out any papers. we were told the appointment in the end wasnt cancellded and unfortunatly our later appointment was cancelled as well. with all this a 1 hr visit turned to over 8 hrs of waiting. I advise those making appointments at this hospital to take your time and dont rush, as this hospital does not run on time.

Felt as if one was experimenting on the patient rather than providing compassionate and empathic care, no regard to patient concern, rather do what providers convenience over patient comprehensive care. Immensely disappointing, went in healthy, came out starved and painfully debiliated without actual care provided, only to be put on anesthesia without actual prior review of confirmation for procedure that ultimately was not needed nor performed. Only to wait more than 14 hours to be told to do the whole anesthesia again next overnight day, all while starved, but told IV alone is enough. Providers came in and out as if no name cards existed and / or no formal provider introduction needed to the patient. Very primitive standard of medical care, not worthy and very traumatic experience, too m
