Very nice people, front desk was helpful. Go there for sure This time I need to post a negative review, on Saturday 7-19-25 I had an appointment at 12.20pm. due to traffic I got there at 12.35pm. for my surprise that front desk told me that I lost my appointment for being late. I was the only patient there the whole entire office was empty. asking for the doctor was told that she was with another patient. asked that I could wait for her when finished, and told that she had another patient to see at 2.00pm... wow.......from 12.35 until 2.00pm there was no room for the dr. to see me...when doctors spend about or (only) 10 to 15 minutes per patients? My review is to express the negligence that this office has about treating patients (customers) with no option for a solution at all. I am a

I used to go to this place for several years. Suddenly my insurance provider change to United Healthcare. I have my labs appointment set up for a few months ago but even the place is under the UMR network the lady in the front desk she told they don’t accept this insurance. I told her that I checked and is in fact on the network on the UMR website but she categorically said they don’t accept the insurance. I offered to pay for my labs like out of network but she is very instructed to say the patients that it will cost more and don’t let me to have my services. The front desk lady was careless. Very unfortunately that people inefficient occupied this kind of position face the public.

This place is ok, primary language is Spanish feels like I’m in Miami. Staff not too friendly and always try to bill you for some crap. Every time I have an appointment I have to pay a deductible plus $43 which I have no idea why. Unable to reach anyone to help with this issue, left several messages and go no call back. I was told that the biller entered the wrong code and I didn’t have to pay but yet every time I have an appointment I am told about the $43 on my account. This is very annoying please get your act together or I will find a new doctors office.Thank you

My mom had a bad experience with doctor Idia Fernandez, every time she goes see her, she does not respect the time of her patients, even If you get there earlier for the appt, doctor Fernandez does not care about making her patients wait long time before she finally see them, so, unfortunately, my mom decided not to go back to this place any more because of her

Sadly this clinic is going downhill. No compassion, care, concern. Staff is not in one page. Mixed messages to patients, one gives hopes and when you call to follow up the opposite occurs. They need to be trained on priority diagnosis and knowledge of urgency. Looking for a new clinic.
