Colony Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

If I could give negative stars I would. My father was there early in 2017 and received decent care. He had to go back later in the year and was treated very poorly. Bandages weren't changed. Meals were always late and cold and missing items. The nurses are rough when they handle the patients, flop them around in and out of the beds. Devices that needed to be flushed regularly were not being flushed. Pain medicine was being withheld after an amputation. The call bells are ignored during the night. Some of the nurses even told me that there have been problems before with a shift in particular over night with the nurses ignoring call bells and not taking care of their patients. Staff are rude and disrespectful, utterly unprofessional. Under new management and I think they went from bad to even worse! Have seen things that would literally cost people their license. Will be filing a formal complaint
