Outer Banks Massage by Sarah Letchford

My husband and I got deep tissue massages from Sarah while we were on vacation in the Outer Banks. This was one of the absolute best massages I've ever had; she really focused on problem areas in my back and shoulders. My husband said the same thing about his massage. If I lived in the OBX area I would definitely be a regular client! Sarah is wonderful!

OBX Massage by Sarah was fantastic to work with and made our trip so much fun. We had a large group of people vacationing together, most of whom I had never met! I contacted Sarah about doing an at home massage for anyone in the party (over 20 people) that might be interested in getting a massage. I was worried since I didn’t have finite numbers, but Sarah was so easy going and quick to respond. She gave me pricing and said as long as I had two 60 minute massages that she would come out to the house. 6 stars. Candace is an incredibly accomplished therapist. Her techniques and flow are strong, soothing and well studied. Her background in kinesiology is very apparent in her approach and it makes for a rejuvenating yet restorative massage experience. I’ve been a month massage member for years in Chicago. During this trip to OBX I did some research about where to go for a massage. I spent time reading actual reviews (like this one) and it was in how others described the massage from OBX Hot Yoga that I knew there was something special there. I have had many massages in my life, but not many as good as the ones from Outer Banks Massage by Sarah Letchford. Sarah was very accommodating for all of my family's needs (swedish, deep tissue, and pre-natal massages). And they also offer on-location massages, which was a huge bonus because of our large group that needed massages. I will definitely be going back to her next time I visit the Outer Banks!

Sarah gives the best massage I have ever had. I was suffering from chronic neck pain and talking to a surgeon about surgery to correct disc compression in my neck. Two sessions later with Sarah and I was pain free. Fortunately, I am at the Outer Banks enough that Sarah keeps me that way. I give her my highest recommendation.
