I read some of the reviews and wanted to clear things up before I wrote my actual review. 1. Yes, it did take a while to get someone to answer the phone, but in their defense they’ve been in the middle of merging organizations. 2. I DID get many reminders, phone call, text AND email. 3. They canceled on me a few times due to machines being down, and I canceled once as well. However, I was a no show the second time because my mom hit a deer the night before and I couldn’t get someone to bring me 2 hours away to the cities the very next day at 8am on a Monday morning. I couldn’t call ahead to warn them because the appointment was at 8am and the receptionist didn’t open until 8:30. However, they STILL rescheduled me and were happy to help. 4. They are merging with Minnesota Oncology so I anticipated a bit of disarray. Their reminder service sent me the wrong information causing me to go to the wrong location. I got redirected to the correct location. When I got there I checked in and explained why I was 15 minutes late. The blonde front desk girl said I could reschedule or wait an hour and a half. Because I took off work for 2 hours, I lost that time/pay. When I said that the situation was unprofessional she laughed at me and continued in a condescending tone. It’s disappointing because they have been my doctors for years and even saved my life a few years ago. I guess “elevating care” is just something they say. I didn’t yell, scream, or make a scene. I just left because what can you do when a young person treats you like a jo

now owned by "MN Oncology", their billing office claimed they were out of network and after calling me, cancelled my appointment before I called my insurance (who confirmed they were in-network). However, I called that same day to tell them my insurance does cover them, and to see if I still had my appt., and the scheduler told me yes. BUT WHEN I ARRIVED FOR THE SURGERY THEY HAD CANCELLED IT. Despite my research, despite calling them back, despite being told my appointment was still on their surgery calendar. Of course this occurred after the two days of that awful pre-surgery prep, taking off work, my niece taking off work to drive me, buying and consuming (yuk) all the pre-op prescribed laxatives.

Most hostile doctors appointment I've ever had, I've been severely constipated for 6 months and these doctors dont take notes, talk over you, won't listen to to you, and then when you ask for advice because the laxatives stopped working they just simply dont call you back ever and DEFINITELY WILL NOT offer advice. They dont care about their patients and they make sure you know that. They dont offer solutions and dont call you back, and are extremely rude to top it off. My last appointment, at the end of the appointment, the doc had the audacity to ask me "so, what exactly were you hoping to get out of this meeting?" Not as in "did we help answer your questions?" But as in "why did you come here to bother me today? Because I AM NOT going to help you." Thanks a lot ladies, thanks a lot.

Dr. Midura and team made an uncomfortable situation into a comfortable one. So kind and honest. I have been suffering for 10yrs. They had me in surgery and fixed within 2wks of seeing them. You are all Angels! God bless you all!
