When it was determined that I needed to have an inguinal hernia repair, I started my research. I wanted to learn about different surgical techniques, who was the best surgeon, and where that surgeon was located. As I didn't want a repair using mesh, my search was narrowed. I decided I wanted the Desarda technique, which led me to Dr Cober. As an out of town patient, I had a telehealth consult. Dr Cober was warm, intelligent, and answered all my questions. His office always got back to me promptly to answer questions or concerns that I had. Postoperatively, Dr Cober checked in with me several times to make sure I was doing well.
