I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care and would not recommend it. From the moment I walked in, I felt dismissed and disrespected. The provider immediately looked at my condition and told me it was scabies without asking me any questions about my symptoms, history, or concerns. I explained that I did not believe it was scabies and mentioned that I am extremely clean and careful about hygiene. I told the provider that I believed it could be shingles and asked if a test could be done. She insisted that there was no test for shingles and seemed unwilling to consider my concern. I’ve unfortunately had to make three separate urgent care visits this month with my kids. We’ve seen the provider Elizabeth each time. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She’s been wonderful with my kids and answered all my questions. The support staff has also been amazing! This is definitely our new go-to for urgent care!! Highly recommend.

My son’s Peditrician is with JCMC and I knew that I couldn’t deal with the long wait times with JCMC urgent care. I’m so glad that I decided to bring my kids here. We got in and out really quickly. The provider was great and thorough. The office staff were also great. The office is clean. Any time my family need an urgent care this will be the office we go that’s for sure.

Fantastic! I would leave 10 stars if I could, no wait, staff was friendly and helpful. Office is spotless. Dr. Boykin, absolutely amazing, thorough and explained everything in detail. I can’t say enough, this office changed my opinion/thoughts on urgent care.

I went to this establishment yesterday 12/30 because I wanted to get tested for the flu and Covid. I knew something was wrong with me because this is the sickest I have ever been. The young man who administered the test not only told me a 99.8 temperature is not a fever, he also did not stick the q-tip in my nose. I literally felt nothing, and if you’ve ever had a Covid test you know it’s uncomfortable for a sec because they really go up in the nostril. I take accountability for not advocating for myself when I felt like the test wasn’t done right. Both test obviously came back negative but I was told I had a respiratory infection. Over the counter meds and rest was the recommendation. THAT’S IT. Fast forward, today, I’m feeling worse and I could not rest with the results given. I did not
