Dr Jeanty is an amazing pediatrician. We have been going to his office for almost 30yrs. The front office staff is another story entirely. They are very unprofessional and rude.

I would say that Dr. Jeanty is such a caring, attentive gentle doctor and he takes such time and care with his patients to really listen and ask questions. You feel important and a priority with him. I have never Found the office staff to be rude Or unhelpful. I find him having a slightly older outdated office but its clean and perfectly functional. Some thing sleek and modern may not come with the doctor who’s willing to truly sit and listen and really pay attention to what’s going on with your child. I also appreciate that he understands sometimes I need to call for a refill and I’ve never had trouble getting that. I think to rate the doctors office staff over the doctor himself is a mistake. Usually you’re dealing with the staff in a minimal manner, the doctor here is exceptional. Agai

My daughter has gone her since she was a baby. The best doctors! Very easy going and knowledgeable. Easy to book with. Building especially lobby is outdated. But a great place!

Just brought my 18 month in and my 7 year old in for the first time for their checkups. Immediately turned off by the super old smell and appearance of the office. The medical assistant that called us back was just not welcoming at all either and she seemed annoyed to my questions. My 18 month old was also due for his vaccines and they were out of all the ones he needed and continued to be out for the next scheduled shot Apt. I am here again today and they are still out of one of his vaccines that is needed. He is now over one month past due for his vaccines and offered no solution to help. They are most definitely under staffed. The front desk lady is overwhelmed and wait times are ridiculous here as well. I have 3 children that are seen here. My oldest stop because of insurance change however, with my other two, I’ve had great experiences. 5 and 9 months now and they have been going since birth. Every concern I’ve had they OVER cared for my children. Ms. Marsha and Dr. Jeanty are amazing. I have had health concerns with both children on separate occasions and have gotten warming experiences, ALWAYS. My son had some development delays and they got right on top of it. My daughter had Coombs and they monitored her jaundice like a hawk! They were not worried but I as a mom was. So, they seen my baby almost every day to monitor her levels to assure ME she was fine.
