Wow, what an incredible place! Everyone, from manager Lue to technician Carmen, optician Alexis, and Dr. Sullenberger, was so friendly and caring. They’re super, and the wait time was minimal. I took my two sons for their annual eye exams, and Dr. Sullenberger was amazing with them. My little one adores her! She made them feel at ease, took the time to explain everything, and answered all their questions. Their prices are very reasonable too. This place is a true gem, and I’ll definitely be bringing the whole family here from now on.

*Edit: amazing doctors and front desk. We’ve been using them for years. On the other hand the Walmart needs to do something about their side with the eyeglass helpers/ sales people. They seriously need to put everyone that works the glasses floor through customer service classes. The doctors are amazing but the actual eyeglass helpers are horrible. ALWAYS rude. They make it a chore to buy glasses from them.

My appointment was scheduled 2 months out, I was reminded of the appointment a few days before. Carmen was very sweet and professional she checked me in. The staff and doctor were all very helpful. I was able to have my questions answered and was in and out in a timely manner. Overall great experience!

Very professional company. Don't discount them because they are located in Walmart. This was my 2nd visit to them. My first was 2½ years ago and the glasses are just now needing replacement. Dr Brantley is smart and sociable and his staff is also quite competent. My wife has been going to them for even longer than me, and she also appreciates their great service.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend! Dr. Sullenberger's professionalism and dedication to her patients is truly evident. In a world where the importance is given increasingly to making a profit; she places the importance on the patient and insuring they receive quality care & service.
