This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. I felt completely invalidated and was treated with utter dismissal by the NP I saw. Instead of providing care, they questioned why I was even there and told me to just go to the hospital. To make matters worse, the NP left the room, leaving me to find my own way back to the front desk. I left the building in tears and will never return.

Everybody there is extremely helpful, caring and understanding. They’ve helped my family and myself through a lot of ailments and long term health. Much appreciated.

Everyone is excellent. No complaints. I see phlebotomists all the time, I’ve never met one I didn’t like. If you are seen regularly enough, as I am, you get the privilege of contact with the Medical Director, Kelly Hensgen. The same Medical Director who very abruptly slipped through the open door behind me and trapped me with my sleeve halfway up to introduce herself, notify me to do better or have my care terminated because I missed an appointment on Friday. Hence why I was there for my routine blood draw this morning, a Monday. Kelly Hensgen told me her solution and was incredulous when I needed her to understand the issue better. Years of trust built up was lost today, because I have solid attendance and Kelly Hensgen knows that because she said it. It was the most surreal and power

Both my children have seen Kira, Mylinda, and Sara on separate visits. Their knowledge of medicine, accuracy of diagnosis/treatment, and sincerity in the wellbeing of my children is better than any other healthcare facility we’ve experienced. Thank you to them and the support staff of the Fairbanks location!

My husband and I have great insurance and yet have struggled to find preventative care in Fairbanks. We just finished our annual exams with PA Mylinda. Our experience was outstanding. The staff working with PA Mylinda were also excellent. This was the first time in years that I felt someone in the medical field was actually concerned and interested in my health and well being. I highly recommend this clinic.
