Extremely Disappointing and Frustrating Experience I have been trying for weeks to get a simple authorization/referral, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The person in charge of referrals does not accept voicemails and never answers the phone. I have called repeatedly with no response. When I finally did receive a referral, it expired in ONE day—which makes absolutely no sense. Who issues a referral that expires in 24 hours? Meanwhile, I am in pain and stuck waiting while no one seems willing to take responsibility. Every time I call, I’m told to contact my insurance. When I contact my insurance, they tell me to contact my provider. I’m constantly sent in circles with no resolution. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable in healthcare. Patients

Office staff doesn't answer the phones MA voice mail is full. No return call back. It took 4 phone calls ,2 voice mails, and to show up to get my rx from my appointment 3 days ago! Very poor service! Do not recommend!

I am so grateful I selected Coachella Valley Care Center the front office staff was friendly and efficient. The medical assistant was also great. Dr. Merritt was very attentive to my situation. I can tell he actually read reports and information prior to seeing me. Dr. Merritt is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate—something you don’t always find in healthcare. I did not feel like “Just another patient” To find a physician with professionalism, knowledge, and a heart is rare!! Thank you Coachella Valley Care Center for making my visit great! I highly recommend this office.

This place is the worst 2 weeks to get a prior authorization for a prescription ,every time I call they send me to a voicemail when they tell me to speak to a medical assistant,they also told me me there waiting for my insurance to answer back but I called my insurance provider and they’ve haven’t received anything from them … bunch of lying amateurs shouldn’t be working in a health clinic

Dr. Cashatt improperly wrote the notes for my shoulder and elbow injury. The staff improperly submitted my imaging referral request 3x and on my 4th attempt trying to get it corrected they stated I needed to make another appointment to fix it. Attempt 1: They misspelt my name with 4 incorrect letters Cristin Cervantes. instead of Christian Cervantez. Attempt 2 he wrote RIGHT instead of LEFT. Attempt 3 did not include my shoulder. On attempt 4 they told me I needed another appointment as Dr. Cashatt did not properly file his notes and did not actually include my shoulder (my main complaint).
