Cloudland Dental

We have been going to cloudland for awhile and I just have to say our last visit was just magical. Maritza made the entire experience so welcoming. My daughter gets nervous at the dentist and she made us feel right at home. She is very professional but also very personable.

Absolutely. Unprofessional gave me the run around about doing my son's root canal for years kept saying their doctor would be able to do a retreat and then changing their mind at the last minute. Now we come down to the point where my son's about to turn 21 and he'll just have to have the tooth pulled we literally had an appointment with them tomorrow for the retreat, but because we got sick, they're climbing now they can't even do a retreat what in the world

Everything. Staff was great and understanding with my grandson. All of my other grandchildren go there and we wouldn't have it any other way. Everyone is kid friendly and thorough. Very pleasant environment.

Once again this office has failed to take care of my son properly. The dentist and most of the staff are very nice. However, today a staff member hit my son's hand because she didn't bother to explain to my autistic son what she was doing and she scared him. He raised his hands to block/defend himself and she hit him. The office managers response to the situation was good luck finding a office somewhere else. She said my husband used foul language when he got upset because she hit him and now they cancelled our future appointments. If this is how you treat families with special needs then you shouldn't be accepting these kind of patients. Shame on you!!

My son was in a lot of pain from a crown , called when they opened and got us in within 2 hours , took care of him right away and left in no time ! Thank you for getting us in so quick and taking such great care of him . They are always so nice and do a wonderful job .
