This is a quality service. The therapist is very knowledgeable and reflects having a great deal of training. Also a good conversationalist which makes the experience all the better.

I have been seeing Benita for 2 years now and her massage is always wonderful. She is thoughtful, meticulous, and extremely dedicated to making you feel relaxed and free of tension! Her deep tissue is really deep, and her prices are the best around. Her communication is great too.

My wife and I travel 100 miles to visit Roanoke, but primarily for what we think is the best deep tissue massage ever. Bonita has a talent. She listens in the pre-interview and all concerns are addressed. Then during the massage, it’s the perfect combination of relaxation and deep tissue. Prices are very fair and she wants to be as accommodating as possible.

I have known Benita for a long time now and she is an amazing massage therapist. She has fixed many neck and back issues for me in years past and I suppose she will for years to come. I have never met someone more passionate about their profession than Benita. She uses multiple modalities, great technique, and her vast knowledge of the body to achieve maximum results with her therapy. Anyways, I should have written this review after the first time she worked on me, but better late than never.

After thoroughly researching neuromuscular therapy, and suffering from chronic migraines since puberty, I decided to give Benita's practice a try and was pleasantly surprised by how she went above and beyond in terms of professionalism, skill, and care, before, during, and after my massage. As she makes abundantly clear on her website, this is not the place to go if you want a quick massage, and as I will say in this review, there are plenty of other places in the area for that kind of experience.
