CLINISANITAS

I was seen by Dr Veronica Garzon , I had the worst experience of my life. Very unprofessional and lack medical preparation and Human sensitivity. She called me from her personal phone after a week of me waiting to know about my Labs, to tell me "wrong lab results" w/o even looking at them and w/o the knowledge on how to read them. I am still traumatized and psychologically affected by the way she managed my case. I had great Drs at Clinisanitas before her such as Dr Daza and Dr Nancy, which I miss.

Half an hour to schedule an appointment for at the end get it in 40 days just to see a doctor for a referral I have been asked by a specialist. Stay away.

3 times... 3 times Clinisanitas and Dr. Estevez called to cancel my appointment. Safe to say that you better not count on Clinisanitas... they WILL let you down...

What a deplorable place. The hold patient's health hostage just because they want to charge you or your insurance their cut... They don't care about the patient's health. They wont pass the call to a supervisor or anyone else. Avoid this place at all cost!

customer service is terrible, I wait 2 hours for my appointment. they are disorganized, I was Stressed sitting in the office for 2 hours and the Doctors are not Doctors most of them are nurses horrible experience
