Such an amazing staff. From the moment I walked through their doors to the second I left, the front desk staff made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. I had a great conversation with one of the nurses about Filipino food (wish I would have asked her for her recommendations in New York), and the doctor who was in charge of testing me was incredibly friendly. Everyone there is very professional and personable. Again, super stellar staff, I didn't even mind finding out I didn't qualify to continue with the study because I actually had a fun time. Update: Just set up the card and the full promised amount was on the card. Plus, it was surprisingly easy to activate. Thanks again Clinilabs staff😁👍 If I could give you another 5 stars I would.

Trying to participate with Clinilabs for a research study was a truly frustrating endeavor. I took a lengthy pre-study call, responded to several confirmation emails, and made schedule changes so that I could do the initial intake appointment. The day before the appointment, I received a voice mail and a text message the day before saying we'd need to cancel. There was no attempt to make amends or express apologies for the inconvenience; only a bland message that explained that the folks in charge were looking for study participants who fit a different bill. Whether Clinilabs is disorganized, impersonal, or both, I couldn't believe how much uncompensated time and effort I'd wasted trying to take part in their studies. Huge red flags with this group - your time will not be respected.

My experience with Clinilab has been frustrating. I completed my study on November 13, and as of today I still have not received my final payment. Every time I reach out, I’m put on hold or told there is a “technical issue,” even though everyone else in my group has already been paid. There has been no real urgency to resolve the problem, and the lack of communication has made the situation even worse. The staff during the stay were generally kind and professional, but the payment process and follow-up have been extremely disappointing. I hope they improve their payment system and take participants’ concerns more seriously.

I have been here a couple of times (W55). I could not give them a higher rating. Total friendly professionals top to bottom. Spotless facility. You will be very comfortable and happy when you leave. Glenn McDonald

Perfectly Healthy, Screened And They Had Me Wait A Week And A Half To Finally Reach Out About My Blood Work. They Tell Me My Number Was Low For My Kidneys .. ? Confused Because Why Would Y'all Say Healthy Participants ( Which I Am ) Then Add Some " We're Looking For A Higher Number For This Study " Like That's A Real Reason To Just Dismiss Me. It's ALWAYS Something Hidden With Y'all. I Don't Get It. It's Foul !
