I brought my son to this office today. The people that check you in were very nice. I can’t complain about their service. I watched and listened to how they were helping a patient that really wanted to leave but had to wait for her ride. They went above for her. You just have to like and respect people like that. The wait was longer than expected but for an office in the medical field it’s expected but when you’re having to return to work it’s annoying. Just to note I’ve worked in the medical field and find what happened here a bit infuriating. Rachel the ultrasound tech that took my son to be scanned was pretty rude. My son had asked that I be in the room with him before she came out so when she called his name I followed only to find a door being closing in my face. I push on the door bu

Great experience! Professional staff who were wonderful with kids. I was mistaken on what time they stopped doing x-rays for the day (current stop time is 3:30 pm; give a call before you go if you’re unsure) so we were totally that family stopping by late on a Friday. They were very friendly and accommodating, and we were in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

Walked in and didn't feel a welcome atmosphere. I took my teenager to get an X-ray done. When it was out turn and I stood up to go in with her as I Always do, I was told by the tech not to, as it's just down the hall! Who are you to deny me accompanying my child in?! NOT professional at all. If I have an option I will not be going back

If I could’ve rated this place 0 stars I would’ve. First off the receptionist was absolutely miserable. My husband went in to get CT‘s with and without contrast. The front office was highly unorganized. They changed the order without talking to his provider and then told us what what they were looking for only needed to be without contrast. We called his provider to just make sure and they stated that they never called to talk to anyone. Now my husband has to have double radiation while dealing with medical issues. Dave Ellsworth the practice manager called and was very rude and condescending. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Had a 12:00 appointment & was taken on time. Had an IV and it was placed by an expert, no pain! The staff was polite and professional. No Negatives here Based on my visit I Highly Recommend them!
