Dr. Matthew Deren, Top-Notch Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Deren, and his staff, have been phenomenal. From start to finish, I felt respected, valued, 'heard', and all of my questions were fully addressed. I was well prepared for my hip replacement surgery - I felt confident going in to surgery and my recovery has been nothing but brilliant. But just as important as Dr. Deren's technical skills is his 'bedside manner'. He is very personable, kind, and considerate - and has a sense of humor to boot! I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Dr. Deren, Jessica, and the rest of the staff at the Mentor location of the Cleveland Clinic.

Pharmacy ordered the wrong shot. Took a day off to get the shot. Then got nothing but the run around and still haven’t gotten my shot for my knees and no one will call me Back. Even the complaint line. Obviously not worried about relieving my pain or me at all. So sad. I really liked my doctor but can’t take the chaos.

Experience with Dr. Godfrey for a quad tendon repair was ok, but after care sucks.. After 1 day in post op, got shuffled off to New Dawn rehabilitation center, for rehab so I could walk enough to go home. What a disaster! Sent over to rehab facility at 9pm, with no meds. None. That's where I stand so far. It's been 10+ Hours without prescribed post op meds. Hurts to even move.
