Family emergency forced us to swiftly go to emergency department that led to emergency surgery. All the staff at this facility was fantastic, patient and tentative When we got into our room the staff was checking in on us very constant and with great attitudes and kindness. Pain management was spot on to provide much needed comfort during our emergency crisis. This location allowed visitors 24-7 around the clock while in the room. I realize their is a south location hospital as well, don’t have any feed back on that location, but the north Clinic is a great combination of different shifts that all did their jobs with true professionalism and care
I am beyond grateful for the care I received at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by the most incredible nurses—so many strong, powerful women who truly inspired me, especially as a nursing student myself. The confidence, kindness, and calm energy each nurse carried made such a scary moment feel so much safer. This was my very first surgery, and I was extremely nervous, but every single person treated me with so much love, patience, and reassurance. I felt genuinely acknowledged and cared for, not just as a patient but as a person. The surgeon—also a woman—was incredibly confident and professional, and she made sure my husband was treated kindly and kept informed throughout the entire process. That meant the world to us. When I woke up from surgery, the nurses w
You can never imagine your parents' lives nearly coming to an end; the sadness and depth of pain isn't communicable in words. I am in the middle of guiding my elderly father through my mom's demise, and she is in the care of this hospital. The nurses and doctors communicate effectively and routinely; they are honest, they show compassion, and they have not misled us at all. The waiting room as plenty of space, the cafeteria has ample food, the WiFi is free and strong, and the general facility is clean, has good parking and it's well run. If you come here, try your best to get Neal George as your physician; Carolyn, a nurse and another night nurse, whose name I am forgetting (but who travels between three partner facilities), and another doctor, Iker Unzalu are also professional, kind and
I want to extend my deepest appreciation to the entire medical team at Cleveland Clinic North in Stuart. Your dedication, compassion, and unwavering support during my father's nearly two-week fight for his life have been truly remarkable. A special thank you to Dr. Fadel, Dr. Cossman, and Dr. Howard for their expert care and leadership. My heartfelt gratitude also goes to all the staff in the ER, OR, 2nd floor, and 5th floor — your professionalism and kindness made a challenging time a little easier in our family. To the incredible nurses—Leonine, Julia, June, Jen, Kristen, Ann, Kylee, Marie, Kylie, Heather (both), and many others—your touching care and attention provided comfort to my father and made us feel safe and at home. I also want to thank Ms. Patricia, Andrew, Alecia, Stephanie
The three stars I gave go to Patricia the NP in palliative care, she is amazing and she was the only person who treated my family with decency and respect. Starting off with our ER admission, it was almost as if the staff thought I was making up my mother’s symptoms. I brought my mother in after she had a procedure on her right arm at Moffitts in Tampa, because she has stage four cancer that had metastasized to her brain. I could not get ahead of the pain at home, and her oncologist told us to take her into the ER. We chose Martin Memorial North because she had a lot of upcoming appointments there originally, and it made sense to have her there. once the ER staff realized the level of cancer my mother had we were admitted for pain management from there. That’s only after I had to explain
