Cleveland Clinic Health and Wellness Center, Palm City Express Care

was a few minutes late to my appointment due to traffic. I called them in advance and informed them about the delay. When I arrived, they let me in and made me wait for two hours. After that, they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me that day and that I needed to schedule a new appointment. They should have told me this either before I came or at least before making me wait for two hours. I told them that I had called and informed them, and asked why they didn’t tell me earlier. Instead of helping me, they responded in a rude and disrespectful manner, as if it was entirely my fault, and showed no concern at all. It was a complete disappointment. Less than one star! And they know it and still don't care, This location is ripe for closing Cleveland Clinic. I wouldn't take my lawyer's pet snake there, let alone an actual person. I'm an established patient. Everything is up to date in my chart, I always complete pre- registration. I walked in ten minutes late. There was one patient who passed out in the waiting room. Otherwise, no one else was there. I gave the receptionist my name, who said because I was late, I needed to use express care down the hall, no problem ten minutes shouldn't make or break anyone. However, when I got to express care, they were already at lunch from 1130 to 1 pm, which is what the person explained to me who answered the door. Pathetic....

Horrible. Doctors are great, but the service is horrendous. Canceled my appt 15 min beforehand, I could not call back except to their central call center, which is horrible, and they sent my perscriptions to the wrong pharmacy twice, and at the wrong intervals. This was all one visit! Please leave our community, Cleveland.

I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for over a week now!!! But they won’t schedule anything for because they can’t figure out what to charge me with my insurance! This is the most ridiculous system ever! Never had a problem with Martin Memorial. Not only that but was on hold for over a hour just waiting to talk to someone in billing . But they can’t get an answer on what I should be charged. I even offered to do self pay! But they can’t do that either. The lady on the appointment line told me I should go to an urgent care walk in ! What’s the point of having a GP if you can’t get in to to see them !!
