Cleveland Clinic Euclid Avenue Retail Pharmacy

My son gets all of his prescriptions from here and I cannot say good enough things about this pharmacy. They are exceptional when compared to Walgreens, CVS and other pharmacies alike. I truly cannot recommend this Pharmacy enough and how thorough and on top of it they are. 10/10 recommend.

Everyone is pleasant, even when it is busy. Always very accommodating. WAY better than waiting at local pharmacies!

I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life here by a staff member named Jasmine. She was so rude and actually yelled at me and my elderly father. When I asked to speak with another staff member she got an attitude and yelled at us again just before giving us a smug “have a nice day”. Some people here are facing life threatening illnesses, difficult surgeries, and many (like us) have traveled miles and miles to receive care. A little bit of kindness or just treating patients like a human can go a long way. She is the poorest representation of the Cleveland Clinic I could have imagined and it was the last thing we needed after a long day of test, doctors visits, and difficult conversations.

Rude and dismissive staff depending on who you get. As a “customer” of CC, it’s never nice to address people politely and be treated like a complete nuisance in return. Unless and until this is all “free” and open, we are still the customers in the relationship here. A little bit of customer service attitude adjusting would do a great deal of good. Unfortunately, I get the sense that it would be legally fraught to discipline or fire some of these employees so the customer simply has to live with it. The cherry on top is the posted “Ohio House Bill” notice next to each window intimating that you’re going to jail unless you take it like a good pleb. Send your Rx’s to Crile and take the walk over there. The staff there are humans.
