If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was where I had to go for a worker comp injury. I gave all workers comp paperwork each of the three times I went there, once for stitches, once for check on stitches holding and once to remove stitches. This office, instead of billing workers comp, charged my credit card that happened to be on file from a visit several years earlier. Al this happened between November 8 and November 18, 2023. I am still waiting for a refund from their billing/ refund department. I call every month to get a status and today I called after being assured on April 4, 2024 that I would have a refund check in my hand via mail on April 16, I am now told that the refund department was sent the request on April 18 and they need 7-14 business days to process. The doctor is decent. But the wait times are ridiculous. We sit in the waiting for at least an hour and sometimes 2 hours! Plus the doctor refuses to see u for more than one thing at a time! He must be greedy and wants the money for 2 separate visits. Recommendation....find another doctor. This office sucks! But the receptionist are wonderful. Wish I could say the same for the doctor!

Receptionist/nurses are the best! Couldn't ask for them to be any nicer or more professional! On the other hand Dr. Arie Mantin is the worst Dr. I've ever experienced! I've been going to him for almost 4 years now, he is so rude and arrogant. He continually makes me feel like an idiot and every time I try to describe a symptom to him he rudely interrupts me. You would think if I have been loyal to him for almost 4 years he would be respectful but no. He's selfish/money hungry and doesn't care about the patients. This is my opinion and he may be different with other patients, these are just my experiences. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mantin for over 3 years. He has always been fair with me and I would recommend him to anyone for any illness they may have. He has treated me for addiction and other issues with stellar results. Any negative comments by some of the other patients in my opinion are made without proper education or they were not given what they wanted by the doctor. He treats many of his patients for addiction and I know many of them from being a patient myself.... One thing we all have in common is a better quality of life due to his treatment. Most of the negative feedback is due to opinions made by people that have never had to go through the struggle of addiction. Thank you Dr Mantin for giving me my life back.

I have been going to this place for over six years now faithfully for my Suboxones and I gotta say I don't know what I would do without Dr. Mantin and Star (the receptionist). I can talk to her about anything and she holds no judgement no matter what it is. I highly recommend this place.
