Clear-tone

I had no idea what to expect when I walked in the door. From the moment I walked in, all through my hearing exam, and as I walked out everyone was so very cheerful. As a new hearing aid recipient they explained everything to me in detail in such a way that I was able to understand. It was the most pleasant experience I believe I’ve ever had in a professional environment. Everyone was so very kind. They’re even submitting my paperwork for me to the Hough Ear Institute. I’m so excited that I will be able to hear my granddaughter now… 🙏🏽 …just went back for my 6 month checkup. It was the same excellent experience just like before!

They was very polite and very professional. I like that it wasn’t packed and we was able to get in and out quickly. However I also liked the fact that the Doctor listened to what we had to and took it all in to consideration to my mom’s needs. I will recommend Clear tone to everyone I know

This is my second set of hearing aids with Cleartone and as I made the decision to upgrade to the new AI hearing system. What a great experience and thanks to Monty Franklin helping me with this process. Joyce the fitting specialist had them fitted like I wasn’t wearing them and how they worked. Always great service from the time you enter the door everyone is friendly and welcoming. Thank you and looking forward to a long relationship.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and prepared for my visit. Monte provided excellent customer service! He explained everything and solved the mystery of my blocked ears! Highly recommend this office!

01/14/2026 I forgot the check-in lady name who was sitting at the east side is very polite and the another lady who was sitting at the northeast side as I was leaving very polite too. Hearing Instrument Specialist Monty Franklin answered any questions I had with my hearing test who was polite to me as well. Things has change to 100% much better than early 90's where every staff member were hateful and angry at the time I was there, and now I am impress how well everything is. Thank you Monty and check-in lady for making things go smoothly for me.
