I went into Clear Eye Care Center in Coppell right before the end of the year — which, as everyone knows, is absolute chaos because everyone is trying to use their benefits before they expire. The place was packed, people were waiting, and the pressure was clearly on. Through all of it, Nadia absolutely held the place together. She stayed calm, professional, and kind, even though you could tell it was a stressful and intense day. She handled every customer with grace and a smile — even when she was being pulled in ten different directions. What really stood out is that every other employee seemed to come to her with questions. It was obvious she’s the backbone of the office. It was a great comfortable visit, the team was great and very professional, Dr. Monica is great and made getting contacts for the first time very easy. It checked my eyes throughly and trained me on how to put the contacts on and take it off. Really happy with the service and admire the professionalism.
