The entire staff was just amazing. I was greeted by name at reception and it was the first time I had been there. Dr. Chen had the perfect balance of explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. Angelica did a great job making sure the local was enough and that I was comfortable. I can’t commend them enough!

I am very pleased with my care. I am always greeted by the very friendly Lady at the front desk and never am kept waiting for my appointment. David Smith is very patient and always makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ransdell for several years. We have seen him at all 3 of his convenient locations. He is always easy to talk to and always takes the opportunity to teach and answer all your questions. It’s a blessing to have him and his awesome staff in our area.

Use to see Dr Ransdale when he was at at S&W MF on 71. First time to his new practice after many trials and tribulations in my life. They all just uplift you!! I Will never see anyone else! I brought my family here for minor skin concerns. We had 4 patients in total. They brought us all in and back to the exam room at the same time which I love!! David took his time and looked over all our concerns throughly. He was well versed in melanated skin (which normally I wouldn’t mention but living in an area where the lack of knowledge still ensues… KUDOS to you!) and knew exactly what was going on, explained how it occurs and what preventative measures we can take during the seasons to help. Clean facility, Great service and friendly staff! Love, love, love!
