The level of care that I received at this location from all of the nurses and doctors was outstanding. From entering the ER room to leaving the ICU unit the next day every person that encountered me was caring, compassionate, attentive and professional. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the level of care that I received. Thank you to all of those who took care of me and God bless you all for what you do everyday.

Their radiology department is the most professional, efficient, and genuine! I've been in Marble Falls since 2019, am in my 70's, and have gotten mammograms from Shreveport to Dallas Plano Presby and BSW, by far, exceeds the others in every aspect. Go there for all imaging but especially for your mammo. You will be happy!

The hospital in marble falls has extremely poor communication. As my mother’s POA they have discharged her without consent and taken her to an undisclosed facility. Most recently they had my mother in their care for nearly a day and did not inform me or her Homecare nurse until we threatened to contact law enforcement to file a missing persons report. Patients and their families deserve better communication and care.

I was treated exceptionally well during this stay. Nurses Angelica, Veronica, and Toni were so kind, competent, and compassionate, they are a true asset to your hospital. Also your Hospitalist Dr. McKennon and GI physician Dr. Shobassy were so knowledgeable and provided such practical advice moving forward. Thanks for your superior care.

My spunky mother has been a patient here several times over the years. I have never had a complaint. She recently passed away painlessly at this hospital and I will never forget the respect, dignity, honesty, and compassion they gave to her and to her family. I especially want to commend Dr Patel, Kiara, RN and tech Veronica on 3rd floor. They were her care team that day she died and I thank them wholeheartedly. She had many who cared for her during her last stay and all were great but there are too many to name. Hopefully they will read this and accept my gratitude, as well. Dr Patel's frankness about her condition was invaluable. I can only hope I have somebody like him in my corner during my last days. Kudos to this staff and hospital who made one of the worst days of our lives
