I was recommendad by Sanitas to contact this doctor for an appointment. I have been calling the past 3 weeks and no one picks up the lines. I have called several times during the mornings and afternoons- same- no answers. Left several messages - no call backs. I contacted Sanitas to complain this is absurd they are forcing patients to see these doctors are not taking care of patients. The doctor may be great but the way the office is working and the bad service does not put him in a good spot. I requested another referral as this is absurd.

I have been calling this office for three weeks to schedule an appointment, and no one has answered or returned a single call. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable for a medical practice. Patients should never have to struggle this way just to be seen. The lack of professionalism and disregard for patient needs is deeply concerning.

I had an excellent experience during my visit. The doctor is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. He also listens this is sometimes hard to find.He takes the time with you that you need and doesn't rush through like alot of other doctors do. His nurse is wonderful compassionate and kind. I have been trying to get in contact with this office for the past 2 weeks, I’ve call first thing in the morning, midday, afternoon, I NEVER get through, I left message and nothing, this is not normal for a office, how do you get to see patients? It’s there another phone number that I can call?

The doctor himself is great... It isn't until patients need medical records or anything involving assistance from the staff that inappropriate levels of dishonesty and clear ethical issues are encountered. I've wondered if perhaps the staff is trying to sabotage the doctor. I really didn't want to leave a bad review, however I feel it necessary to make others aware. After being a loyal patient for many years, I was left with no other option then to find a different endocrinologist. Best of luck to you Dr De Prisco.
