Claremedica of Plantation BLV - Primary Care

Very poor reception. They have no idea how to provide good patient care. The doctors are either never there or don't want to see you, and they're always canceling appointments and not wanting to help you get a next one. Bad experience.

Horrible facility, horrible staff , they dont know what they are doing. Always have ro put you on a long hold. To make matters worse one time i held for 30 mins sat an appointment and got to the facility the day of the appointment to be told i have no appointment set. I don’t recommend looking for a new doctor office for my mother as we speak.

I have been Dr Cemelus patient for some time now. He is a great Doctor.

My doctor Jones Cemelus is very patient and compassionate.

Front desk don’t know anything, Doctor don’t know anything… just give you the run around… never seen an office that just don’t know!
