Claremedica of Pembroke Pines - Primary Care

I’m writing this as a very concerned daughter. My mother had an appointment here and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time with no communication, no updates, and no care for patient concerns. She was clearly uncomfortable, and the staff showed little urgency or compassion. Since we had been waiting nearly four hours, I decided to bring her home for lunch and she was not able to see the pulmonologist. It is unacceptable for an elderly patient to wait this long, especially when they rely on timely medical care. The complete lack of transparency and professionalism is extremely concerning. We will be filing a formal complaint with her medical insurance about this location’s excessive wait times and poor management. Patients deserve better, and families shouldn’t have to advocate this

Since December 2nd trying to get a referral with no results . They don't receive the faxes, then we asked the specialist office to resend it, but same results. Sent it by email and in person, but nothing. One and a half months waiting and the patient, a man of 93 years old, suffering because he can't solve his audition's problems . I am done with them!!

I was with CareMax for over 6 years and never had any problems. Claremedica took over and I am not happy. I was advised to have a biopsy of my thyroid. I live in Broward and they sent me an hour and a half away to Miami to have it done. I am so upset that I will be leaving the clinic as soon as I investigate my options.

THIS PLACE FRONT OFFICE STAFF SUCKS!! I keep calling and they keep picking up the phone and IMMEDIATELY HANGING UP! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! FIND A DOCTOR THAT ACTUALLY CARES!!

Arrived at my appointment at 11:25 .The11:30 appointment was cancelled. The dermatologist left. Appointments that are made months in advance are cancelled. This is the second time that this has happened.The most unprofessional management. There is no regard or respect for patient's time and needs. Go somewhere else. I have been waiting for a referral since 6/6/24!
