Claremedica of Flagler East - Primary Care

I was a patient there a couple of years ago and was very happy with the doctor Amado Saad De la Torre and his willingness to give me referrals and tests needed. Unfortunately I moved to another county and had to stop. I now want to go again but they don't answer the phone

Weeks calling to get refills nothing . After calling for hours nothing and then they hang up on you . Fail customer service to the max .

I do not recommend this clinic , my aunt had a visit to her gastro specialist doctor last week and they never send the referral to be seen on that day so she lost the day . Anyway, other appointment was scheduled for her to be seen and still fighting for the referral to be done. I have talked to everybody at the clinic and they all give me a go around lying and playing with a person's life. Please do your work and don't deceit people there is not need of wasting our time , indeed when a person goes to a doctor it is because is needed and not because we want to play as you do.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for my son since last week. I've called multiple times and have received no response or put on hold until the call times-out and system hangs up on me.

No one answer, no one responds and no one cares about the patient. I've made numerous calls and the call center takes the info. but Caremax doesn't follow up and/or replies. Now, the patient hasn't had their medicine in 5 days due to lack of service from the Caremax. It is unfair and frustrating. Caremax should reduce the number of patients to provide everyone the service and care that they pay and deserve.
