I tried to contact the owner of the pharmacy to let him know how rude is working some of his employees. It’s unacceptable the lack of professional and disrespectful the new employee there and add his coworkers trying to block me to contact the Owner. The Pharmacist refused to take or send my complaint message to the owner. I hope he check this review and contact me. The refills never is coming at time. I need to call them to remember to send my family medicines. This is not the first time that I have the same problem.

Been with them for 9 years. I have try other pharmacy. But city RX seem to have WON. Never had an issue. Love the staff. Kind and polite. Always available will call to make sure that your on top of your needs. I love this place. They go beyond they way to assist.

With some many pharmacy in Paterson is hard to know where to go. I walk in this pharmacy just to buy a money order a couple years ago and oh my did I walk into the right place after being welcome with a smile the friendly young lady at the counter gave me a list of all the service they provide I immediately change pharmacy. It have been 3 years and u loved everything about them.if I could give them 100 start I would.

Excellent place for all prescription needs. Caring and professionals at all times. They provide free pickup and delivery of medication. Me and my family have been dealing with this pharmacy since they opened. I highly recommend it.
