CityMD West Village Urgent Care - NYC

I was there this morning. Elliot the practitioner nurse was so kind, helpful and made me feel super comfortable. Although my English is not so well she helped me all the time. Thank you so much Elliot people like you made our days when we don’t feel well. Doctor Budiarto also was so kind and helpful. I recommend this CityMd very good professional care.

Walked in at 5 pm on a Thursday after not feeling well all day. Was prepared for it to be an all evening endeavor but Dr Wagner and Kayla (nurse or PA) were both amazing and responsive. I had my exam, diagnosis and prescription in less than an hour.

Young woman at front desk was very honest about how long it would take. Glad they have an x-ray machine! Aaron (sp?) very efficient and I was very impressed with Dr Schneitzer who was intelligent and caring. Everything was also very thorough.

I went to this urgent care and should’ve checked the reviews first. The place was empty, yet after taking my vitals they left me sitting in a room for 45 minutes with zero follow-up, zero communication, and zero professionalism. This clinic is completely unreliable. I do not recommend it. Avoid it. Stay far away.

I'm blown away by how horrible my experience was. The front desk was kind, but the doctors were so unprofessional, and uneducated (Dr Brooks) | don't go to the doctors unless I am truly suffering. I went in for a sinus infection that has been causing so much pain and pressure. I haven't slept in 5 days and the doctor saw me for about 2 minutes before she told me it was "too early" to tell what was going on. I basically have done all the research for her and she failed to even prescribe me antibiotics. When I asked her why, she told me that "you come here for advice".... What kind of doctor says that??
