CityMD West Harlem Urgent Care - NYC

My experience at at City MD with PA C. Vincent and her staff was amazing. Everyone was professional, patient, helpful, and they all demonstrated active listening skills. I appreciate the service that was received and I'm extremely grateful for the follow-up the next day. I highly recommend City MD located at 356 West 125th Street. The crew at this location is amazing. Kudos to you guys.

The care provider Cassandra was pretty rude and dismissive. She never introduced herself before providing care, did not listen to my symptoms and I felt pressured to get an exam I didn’t ask for. I was really clear on my symptoms and reservations, but they had their own agenda. My experience with her was incredibly disheartening and disappointing.

Came here for a medical clearance, and every single staff member that I encountered was efficient, understanding, and patient! The facility was also super clean! Special shout out to Dr. Dahan, Guerdy, and Cynthia! Thank you so much♥️

I had a great experience today with staff Alicia and Cassandra. I was seen earlier than my appointment and was glad to be seen close to home for an urgent medical issue. I had a 9:15 appointment that I booked online overnight but arrived at 8:15 and was seen within minutes of completing check-in. The staff were caring and competent and they were concerned for my comfort.

After checking in, I was told they could no longer provide treatment and that I needed to go to another urgent care. I mentioned I’d go to their 88th Street location, and the front desk assured me they would send all my information over. When I arrived at 88th Street, a very kind receptionist informed me that there had been a miscommunication between the front desk and the provider — and that I actually could have been treated there. After wasting money on two Ubers, believe me, I will never come here again. Completely incompetent!
