CityMD West 69th Urgent Care - NYC

Fantastic urgent care! I’ve been here several times and each experience has been very positive. Clinicians are friendly, empathetic, respectful, and professional, and the staff at the front desk are kind and helpful too. I really appreciate Emily and Ken for helping me through a recent heath scare with empathy and attention. (Every other clinician I’ve seen has been great too — sorry I didn’t catch their names!) CityMD accepting a wide variety of insurance is also very helpful. Grateful this clinic exists

Very happy with my recent appointment at CItyMD. Dr. Daniel Belz and the intake nurse (medical assistant?) were skilled, caring and thorough. The reception area was large enough for all sickies to space appropriately. The online appointment and pre-check were efficient and effective. I would definitely return and already have recommended CityMD to family and friends. We were disappointed to see Northwell close and are glad to transition to CityMD.

Booked an appointment for 1:00, showed up at 12:45 and was told it was a 30 minute wait maximum, so I paid my copay and sat down. I wasn’t seen until 1:55 pm. If I hadn’t paid, I would’ve walked out. One HOUR of wait time, and then more waiting to see the actual doctor. I was late coming back to work. Don’t come here. Only gave 2 stars because the actual doctor was very nice

I waited for 2 hours only to see a doctor for ten minutes who told me “yeah, I’m not sure what’s wrong with you”. I went to a different doctor a couple days later to find out I had a fungal infection. No testing had been done here. Additionally, upon looking at my chart, it falsely claimed that I have a penicillin allergy. I know for a fact that I do not and that I never stated I did. This place may be good for some things, but if it’s not the typical ear infection or strep, save yourself an extra trip and just go straight to a PCP.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! This is the 4th time Ive gone to this location. Dr Daniel Belz is superior. I always have a flawless experience with him! He is really smart, sincere, thorough, really cares and doesn't rush through the appointment. Its like going to a private practice. I cant say enough good about him and highly recommend seeing him when you are in need. Also a shout out to ELI at the front desk. She is super professional and amazing. Welcoming and helpful and goes above and beyond to be nice and provide needed assistance. This location overall provides outstanding service and care!
