CityMD West 181st Urgent Care - NYC

One of the finest medical clinics serving patients in the Washington Heights community and district. An amazing experience supported by a team of physicians and clinical staff who really appreciate their patients and commitment for outstanding medical care. Highly attentive and knowledgeable. Super proficient teamwork demonstrated at providing the best healthcare possible for all their patients admitted and discharged. Recognizing a historically Hispanic population for everyone from all ages and cultural backgrounds et cetera.

One of the doctors here sucks so bad. I didn’t even get his name, that’s how bad he is. He didn’t even try and guess what I could have. He didn’t even examine me thoroughly. I even left because he said “I guess if you’re done you can go?” Do you need something else?” Like what the hell… he needs to be fired if he won’t care for his patients. The receptionists were kind and caring though.

I’ve always gotten great care at CityMD and this location is no exception. Great staff that knows the neighborhood and is attentive to every customer. I’ve done all my Covid-19 testing at a CityMD and appreciate the easy sign in and that it’s free. The staff handed out free hand warmers to everyone waiting in line. Keep up the good work!

genuinely convinced the doctors at this location would rather be anywhere else in the world. they are consistently rude and act as though they hate their jobs and anyone who walks into the clinic. I have been to this location 3 times over the past year with various symptoms and have been told to “just take ibuprofen” every single time. thankfully, the women at the front desk are always extremely kind and welcoming. wish the doctors would take their jobs seriously, you can always hear them goofing off in the hallway right before they walk in to the room to treat you like a burden.

I enjoy their service and how fast they see you. The place is very clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
