CityMD NoHo Urgent Care - NYC

The worst medical experience I’ve had. The doctor was nice but the screener was actively hostile, rude, and careless to a shocking degree. I saw bad reviews here but was in a unique moment so I ignored them and decided to seek care here anyways given the circumstances. I deeply regret it. Listen to the bad reviews. They’re true. Whatever your condition is, go somewhere else because on top of what you’re experiencing, the staff here will make sure you feel that your presence is truly inconvenient for them.

Honestly not sure why the reviews are so bad… made me skeptical as well. I sprained my ankle badly playing basketball and wanted to get it checked out. Minimal wait time and all in all took about 30 minutes. Got a couple x rays and a helpful explanation from the doctor who referred me to a specialist for a small fracture. Price of all this honestly came in under what I was expecting as well. Would recommend if in need of urgent care + x rays.

Dr. Sun genuinely made me feel worse. He has the worst bedside manner of any provider I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was retraumatized from an encounter with a car and he had absolutely no regard for how shaken up I was. The front desk staff was kind but Sun was absolutely awful.

Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurse to the x-ray technician to the doctor were so kind and compassionate. I have never experienced a better medical visit. They were prompt, got me my test results very quickly, got me in for additional tests and had those results all in the space of 3&1/2 hours. Their advice was excellent, I’m feeling better already. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!! A special commendation to Dr Tucciarone!

genuinely what is everyone’s problem here? front desk was kind and welcoming but as soon as you walk back- the clinicians act like you are bothering them. don’t even know the male doctors name who helped me because he came in, barely greeted me, and got out. i get new yorkers can have a “get in, get out”vibe but good lord
