CityMD Lower East Side Urgent Care - NYC

On my visit I was treated with kindness and respect I was never once felt ignored or as if I was bothering someone as I have in the past. The team that day was Gem. It was one of the best experiences in Health care that I have had in some me time . Thank you team Delancey City MD team on Friday 03/06/26.

Went in for an x-ray and was seen fairly quickly only had to wait for results which took time but was taken cared of in about an hour and a 1/2. Better than an emergency room where it would have taken much longer. I still recommend them if you live in the area it isn't bad it's worth stopping in if you need to be seen.

I tapped my card to pay and it went through. The disrespectful receptionist asked me to tap again and charged me again. I just walked out and ask them to return all my money. Again, bank I had paid TWICE. Be careful! Do somewhere else!

Was misdiagnosed and given the wrong antibiotics 2x here. Receptionist was lovely but the PAs wanted me in and out as fast as possible, and did not provide me good care. The first antibiotic caused me to get extremely sick, and the second turned out to be unnecessary when tests came back 3 days later. Dealing with the consequences now.

Food order is brought by Uber if they do not allow Sagittarius to be used.
