CityMD Hartsdale Urgent Care - Westchester

I've been here at least 10 times for a variety of ailments and accidents. I have had nothing but good experiences, The doctors have always been friendly and attentive, and the waits are typically short. The facility looks brand new and practically spotless.

Adrien and the kind front desk lady were both very nice and attending. I expected this location to be packed but it was just me and I felt super cared for. Will be going back

I really appreciate the Dr so much for catching my pneumonia early. His insistence that I get chest xray saved me!

The worst visit I’ve ever encountered. Came in to get check up for possible shingles. Doctor (David Shenker)came inside the Tx room, literally spent 30sec just quickly looking on my eyes and saying it is not a shingles 99%. Then just left the exam room and being charged for $250.Haven’t met this kind of arrogant medical professional in my life ever. They deserve not even 1star review. Better go somewhere else if you need some medical advice. Period

Free Covid-19 testing with no appointment required! There’s a long wait for it though. I waited over 2 hours. You don’t have to wait there, you put your name and your phone number and they will send you a message 30 minutes before your appointment, you can also get updates of how many people are in front of you. After that, is super quick. They will send you an email or print you the result upon request.
