My experience with Carolyn was exceptional. She is extremely professional, kind and compassionate. She makes you feel at ease immediately and is so knowledgeable about her work. From the moment you speak with her you can tell she really wants to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. She provided telehealth services and walked me through all the exercises and stretches that I still continue to practice daily. The ease of being able to schedule a telehealth visit with her made my recovery process that much easier especially after having a major surgery (breast reconstruction). The wait for an in person PT visit through my provider was crazy and just not practical! If it weren’t for Carolyn I would likely still be clueless about how to help with lymphedema/ swelling/ restrict

Carolyn is the best lymphedema therapist! She is knowledgable, empathetic and truly cares about her patients. She answers all of my questions right away, consults with my doctors and helps put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Carolyn to anyone looking for a lymphedema therapist!!

I called her after a shoulder injury from a skiing accident—rotator cuff strain and a lot of pain that had me worried I’d never feel confident on the slopes again. From the very first session, she listened carefully to my story, assessed everything thoroughly, and created a personalized plan that targeted my specific issues without pushing me too hard too soon. Her expertise, patience, and encouragement made all the difference. She explained every exercise clearly, adjusted things as I progressed, and incorporated specific drills to rebuild strength, mobility, improved posture, and stability. I have been seeing Carolyn since March 2025. I have Primary Lymphedema in my left leg. She is truly remarkable. I had SAPL surgery in October 2025. She was in constant contact with my doctor on my treatments ,came to my home and me to her home for wrappings . She is truly remarkable. She is so encouraging and truly in invested in your care. She has become family and truly I wouldn’t know to do without her. Her dedication and motivation to me has made a difficult recovery go a lot smoother.
