The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently, which I really appreciated. Dr. Schwartz is incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ eye health and comfort. My annual eye exam was incredibly thorough. The office uses state-of-the-art equipment to examine every detail of eye health. Dr. Schwartz took the time to explain my progress and clearly identified areas that needed attention. Additionally, the onsite optician, Felix, was excellent. He helped me select the perfect frames, and now that I've picked them up, the fit and prescription are flawless. Highly recommended!

Dr Schwartz is outstanding. I am so fortunate to have her as she is most thorough and is a perfectionist when it comes to my vision. As one who has a defective cornea, I am not an easy patient. I may be there for 3 hours but I’m not leaving that office until Dr Schwartz is satisfied with her examining me. Her staff is terrific as well. Without her, I would be waiting for a cornea transplant . Her patience while dealing with my situation is beyond excellent. If there is such thing as ‘the best’ , than Dr Schwartz fits the bill.

Dr. Shwartz was very warm and knowledgeable with Keratoconus as well as encouraging with options that I could receive better vision. She and her staff were professional and friendly and made the process comfortable and amenable. I am fond of the excellent communication with texting and prompt reply.

Hartsdale Family Eyecare are genuinely passionate about what they do. I've been to a lot of optometrists where they give you a quick exam, get you out of the office, and get you out. Here they take the time to give you a full exam, and get you the prescription you need. Besides that, they have the nuanced knowledge that only comes from someone studying and practicing something they care about for a long time. Giving a prescription that's slightly less powerful because you do a lot of short vision tasks. Learning that there are debris in my eye, and that I need an eye care routine. Knowledge on specialty issues and a willingness to share. Honestly, this is the best eyecare place I've been to, and I would recommend that any goes if they can.
