CityMD Fulton Urgent Care - NYC

I went to CityMD for severe oral pain and clearly explained that the roof of my mouth was raw and inflamed. I was first prescribed magic mouthwash, which no pharmacy was able to provide, making that prescription useless. I was then prescribed viscous lidocaine, which significantly worsened my symptoms, increasing both burning and irritation. This outcome was especially frustrating given how clearly I described my condition. While I understand treatments don’t work the same for everyone, patient concerns and symptom details should be more carefully considered before defaulting to standard prescription. Overall unnecessary and disappointing experience, your better off asking Google and saving your money.

Couldn’t have had a more positive experience with an urgent care location than here! They’re quick to pick up and helpful on the phone; their wait time was super minimal, and Dr. Owen who cared for me could not have been any better. You’d be smart to go to Fulton over the FiDi and NYU locations.

Very organized and every doctor I've seen here is efficient and provides good recommendations. Highly recommend.

The waiting room and the clinic overall was very clean, my wait time was pretty short even though I filled out new patient paperwork. I got in and out quickly within an hour, seen by the doctor & got my results the same day.
