I had such a great experience at this urgent care, especially during what could have been a stressful time dealing with a workers’ comp injury. I had to come in multiple times, and every single visit was consistently positive. The front desk staff truly made all the difference. Liz and Ariana were amazing — always sweet, kind, and so welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were patient, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. PA Moya and Dr. Padamadan were also incredible. They were both very thorough with their evaluations and took the time to explain everything clearly. Came here early Friday night with conjunctivitis and other travel related issues. Was promptly and professional evaluated, picked up prescriptions on way home. A good alternative when you need general care and not a hospital. Pleasant and efficient staff.

I am concerned about the lack of a thorough assessment during my recent visit with Moya Oscar., PA, at the Edgewater location. I presented with right ear pain and throat discomfort, with concern for a possible infection related to congestion. During the examination, my right ear — which was symptomatic — was assessed very briefly. The otoscopic exam appeared rushed, and the same disposable speculum was then used to examine my left ear. This raised concerns for potential cross-contamination. Additionally, my throat was examined without the use of a tongue depressor, limiting adequate visualization. It's a good place. I took my wife here when she had a pretty severe flu symptoms. The doctor was kind, very friendly, and willing to help in anyway he could. I appreciate it. The front desk staff were also friendly too. There was a bit of wait time, perhaps about 30 minutes, but no biggie, because we walked in. Overall, nice experience.

I had two extremely negative experiences at this urgent care, both involving Anna Rozentul, and unfortunately I would not recommend this provider. The first time I came in with a cough, I was told I had pneumonia. I felt uncomfortable with the assessment and sought a second opinion elsewhere, where I was clearly told it was just a regular cold. That alone significantly undermined my trust. Today, I unfortunately had to return and was again treated by the same provider. I came in for a painful splinter in my heel. She proceeded to perform a procedure that involved cutting my heel. When I politely asked about anesthesia, I was met with a very dismissive and hostile attitude, bordering on yelling, which was shocking and unprofessional.
