ACME Markets Pharmacy

I have been using Acme Pharmacy for several years and have generally had positive experiences, aside from the occasional delay or miscommunication with my doctor. However, today I had a very disappointing encounter when I walked in for a COVID vaccine. I had received a text from Acme inviting me to walk in for vaccination. Although I already had an appointment at another pharmacy, I cancelled it because I preferred to go to my regular pharmacy where I usually feel more comfortable. The text stated that “anyone under age 65 with health risks are encouraged to get the vaccine.” After checking the CDC website, I confirmed that I have three of the listed health conditions that increase risk. When I told the pharmacist that I would like the vaccine, she replied that CDC does not recommend it

I urgently needed an important medication and Fady went above and beyond to help me find it. Since people usually only share negative experiences, I really wanted to highlight this positive one. Thank you so much again Fady!

Very helpful staff. The main thing is if you need to talk to a pharmacist they answer the phone and give you their full attention, you are not put on hold or directed to voice mail.

Wildly unprofessional - I called to resolve an issue with my rx (a simple mix up by the pharmacist not filling my prescription as written and that could have been easily resolved). I was hung up on after the pharmacist refused to admit their error and called me a liar. Deeply concerning behavior and will not be returning
